Chetan Singh Chauhan is an MBA graduate from the Department of Business Economics at the University of Delhi, with a focus on Finance and Analytics. He is currently working as an Associate Collections Strategy at DCB Bank, where he is responsible for analyzing data, building MIS, and managing reporting. He is also involved in capacity planning for collections based on volume and business projections, as well as performance and productivity tracking. Before pursuing his MBA, Chetan worked as an Associate in Sales and Operations at HealthPlix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. His responsibilities included sales and managing customer relationships. He was also responsible for introducing the product to prospective customers and finalizing deals with them. Chetan completed his Bachelor's in Engineering from NSIT in 2016. During his graduation, he held various positions of responsibility, including Co-Founder and COO of Nakshatra - the Astronomy Club of NSIT, and Logistics Head of the Annual Cultural Fest Moksha for two consecutive years. After graduation, he started preparing for Public Service Examinations while working with an NGO, Stroke, and Neurointervention Foundation (SNIF) as a Volunteer. Chetan's skills include structured thinking, top-down problem solving, and solution-focused communication. He is a cinephile and a Real Madrid fan and takes an interest in event planning and adventure sports. He derives pleasure from problem-solving irrespective of the domain with an eye for detailing and structured planning. In his free time, he likes playing football and has a love for solving Sudoku puzzles. As a practitioner of mindfulness, he strongly believes in its potential to sustain professional and personal growth. Chetan's past experiences include working as a Strategy Intern at Hitachi, where he worked closely with the General Manager of the Global Social Innovation Group. He assisted in developing a strategy for an upcoming business unit for the APAC region. He also worked as a Senior Coordinator at ConsultBE - the Consulting Club. Overall, Chetan is a highly motivated and skilled professional with a diverse set of experiences in sales, operations, strategy, and analytics.
